Neil at SEO Mad recently posted about tracking the Google search results page from which your traffic came from, I am not going to rehash what he has put so step one is to head over there and implement the filters that he has suggested.
Step 2
Create a new profile called Google Organic Positions and create the exact same filters as Neils suggests until you get to the last step. Instead of creating the last filter as suggested enter the following details:
This will show your positions of your keywords in the Google SERPs when they where clicked.
Note: This filter works because Google 301 redirects its listings adding the &cd= parameter to its URL. The position is not recorded on all search results at present.
